My $ 7.57 Target Trip and Pete’s Shopping: 7/16/14

Went to Target today. Did pretty well:

Zevia sugar-free soda 6-pack: $3.00. Used $1.00/1 printable from their Facebook page a few days ago. Or print $1.50/2 here.

Strawberries: $1.99. Used $1.00/1 from Driscoll’s survey and 5% off on Cartwheel.

Simply Balanced Organic Milk: $3.99 (this might be cheaper for you if you’re in the suburbs!). Used $1.00/1 Target coupon and 5% off on Cartwheel.

Suave Deal: Buy 3 select Suave products, get a $5 gift card:

1 Suave Dry Shampoo: sign said $2.89 but it rang up $2.99. Grrr!

2 Suave shampoo/conditioner combo packs: $3.79 each. Used a $1.00/1 Suave professionals item Catalina coupon from a previous transaction and the $3.00/$10 Suave purchase Target coupon. (It gave the cashier problems, so she had to call a manager. The manager told her to take $3.00 one of the products. Yay!)

After coupons, the total was $15.57. Paid with a $5.00 gift card from a previous Target deal (always roll your gift cards into new deals!). Got $0.05 off for bringing in my own bag and $0.36 off for using my RedCard. Total paid was $7.57. Also got back a $5.00 gift card. Submitted my receipt to Checkout51 for $1.00 back on a Suave Professionals Natural Infusion item.

Also went to the new Pete’s on Madison and Western:

Driscoll’s organic blueberries: $1.99. Used $1.00/1 from Driscoll’s survey.

Tomatoes: $0.58

Onion $0.68

Lime: $0.10

Center Cut Post Roast (making slow cooker tacos!): $10.29

Got $0.05 for using my own bag. Submitted my receipt to Checkout51 for the $0.25 back on tomatoes.

Paid $12.90. Not bad for dinner tonight.
